Major Highways
Interstate 78
Primary east-west highway connecting the Lehigh Valley to New Jersey and NYC. Runs from the LV through the Holland Tunnel.
Route 22
Major east-west route parallel to I-78. Connects Easton to Allentown and beyond to Harrisburg.
Route 33
North-south highway connecting the Lehigh Valley to the Poconos and northern PA. Intersects I-78 and Route 22.
PA Turnpike (I-76)
East-west toll road connecting to Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and the broader PA highway system.
US Route 222
Connects the Lehigh Valley south to Reading and Lancaster. Useful for accessing southern PA.
Public Transit & Airport Access
LANTA
Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority — serves Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton with local bus routes.
NJ Transit
Bus service from Easton and Bethlehem to New York City's Port Authority Bus Terminal.
Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE)
Served by Allegiant, American, Delta, and United. Direct flights to major hubs including Charlotte, Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, and Orlando.
